Compliance Management Activities Doing business fairly and clearly is paramount for us as the company conducts business worldwide. By establishing HMM’s own compliance control standards and reviewing recent regulations, we are able to eliminate legal risks in advance. Furthermore, the operation status of compliance system and relevant matters are reported to the Board of Directors every year for regular monitoring.
